CUMIS Insurance Society Inc. Proposed Portfolio Transfer to QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited

CUMIS Insurance Society Inc. is proposing to transfer its Australian insurance business to QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited. The proposed transfer will only take effect if regulatory approval and Federal Court confirmation are given. If confirmed by the Court, the transfer will change the underwriter of CUMIS’ policies to QBE. There will be no other changes to the terms of the policies.
