Important: CUNA Mutual will never ask you to disclose your Credit Union banking details via email.

Fraudulent emails and telephone calls that appear to be from CUNA Mutual or other legitimate businesses may attempt to trick you into providing personal information such as your Credit Union Member ID, Internet or Telephone Banking password, or ATM pin etc.

Do not respond to any requests for this information, even if they appear to have come from us. CUNA Mutual will never ask you to disclose your details in this way.

If you believe you have received a hoax email or telephone call, please report it to us by calling your Credit Union.

Help us fight scams by alerting us to suspicious activity as soon as possible

Pause and think – be aware of email, Internet and telephone hoaxes and scams. If you are suspicious call your Credit Union.
If you believe your security or personal information has been compromised or you notice a transaction you did not initiate, please call your Credit Union to report your concerns.
Report any CUNA Mutual related scams to your Credit Union immediately including your name and any comments. Where possible please forward the entire scam email with full header information – some email clients allow this with an option of sending as an attachment.
